Shipping

Every model is made to order. Production starts when you place your order, and delivery takes about 3 weeks. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, contact us after it has arrived and we will arrange the return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and we pay for return shipping.

Refunds go back to the card used for the order.

Privacy

We use your name, email, phone number and delivery address only to process, deliver and support your order. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details. We share your delivery details with the carrier that ships your order.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, contact us.

Terms

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by card only and is taken when you place your order. The product is a static display model and aroma diffuser: use it on a flat, water-resistant surface, away from screens and keyboards.
