FAQ
Good questions.
Is the mist safe for wood and electronics?
It is a light, cool water mist, like any ultrasonic diffuser. Place it on a flat, water-resistant surface, away from screens and keyboards.
What oils can I use?
Any water-soluble essential oil. A few drops are enough.
Which models are available?
. New models are added regularly.
Does it drive?
No. It is a static display model: the lights and the mist are the show.
When will my order arrive?
Every model is made to order: production starts as soon as you place your order, and if you order today it arrives in about 3 weeks. That is also why we only accept card payments.
Can I return it?
Yes. Once your order has arrived, if you are not happy with it, contact us and we will arrange the return. Because production starts right after you order, returns are handled after delivery. See our return policy.
